1. Create Pipeline
- Pipeline name: JC Sales & Service
- Add 9 stages in order (see pipeline strip above)
- Set drag-disabled rules to enforce order
2. Create Tags (one-time)
- Assessment Type: In-Person, Remote, Block Time
- Bad Fit: Future Scope, Not a Fit
- No Show: Orientation, Assessment, Job
- Canceled: Orientation, Assessment, Job
- Source: Meta, Referral, Website, Repeat Customer
- Re-engaged: Future Scope, Past Customer
3. Create Custom Fields
- Lost Reason (dropdown)
- Assessment Date (date)
- Estimate Sent Date (date)
- Job Date (date)
- Job Prep Confirmed (checkbox)
- QA Status (dropdown: Pass/Fail/Pending)
- Invoice Status (synced from Jobber)

5. Configure Zapier Bridges
- Jobber Estimate Sent → GHL Stage = Estimate Sent

- Jobber Payment Received → GHL Status = Won
6. Configure Card Display
- Show on card: Contact name, Source tag, Assessment Type tag, Time in stage
- Color code by Source tag
- Sort: Time in stage descending
